Top Rope Course

This top rope course is suited for indoor, beginner or inexperienced climbers that wish to take the first step of climbing safely outdoors.

We’ll start the day with a theory and practice lesson. This will entail discovering different equipment and uses, the several disciplines of climbing, as having a glimpse into the beginnings of this sports history.

In addition, you will learn and master essential knots, identify diverse types of anchors, conducting safety checks, and practicing belaying a climber on top rope.

Following a break for a light lunch, we’ll head to one of the local climbing crags where we’ll apply all the skills introduced in the morning.

We’ll then focus on progression techniques, learning to “read” routes and dealing with different holds. Last, we can also tackle the mental side of climbing in order to boost your confidence and ability.
